Recently opened, Swallow is located right next to Torre dos Clérigos and Jardim da Cordoaria, a privileged location, as you’re near some of the most iconic sights in the city. The space is spacious and stylish, with wide ceilings adorned with greenery and art filling the walls. But let us tell you about the menu…it’s the fuel you need to walk around town all day and the cure for every hangover! The lumberjack breakfast includes some classical options: 2 American pancakes, 2 eggs (any style), crispy fried maple bacon, potato rosti, tasty sourdough bread (It’s like we can smell it from here), plus seasonal fruit. The Fan-sea bagel is a delicate and fresh option: an artisanal bagel topped with house cured salmon, soft boiled egg, cucumber and avocado slices also served with potato rosti on the side and seasonal fruit. There’s much more to discover, just pay us a visit! Due to the generous portions and quality food, you’ll definitely get a bang for your buck - prices range between 9€ and 13€ . It’s modern and comfortable, inspired by American brunch cuisine and the most stylish brunch spaces. The food is mouth-watering and delicious, but let’s get into what you really want to know: specialty coffee. We've selected the best coffee beans, only serving 100% arabica from Ethiopia, Rwanda and Guatemala. We also offer a selected house blend, which is composed of specialty Arabica from Brazil and specialty robusta from India.

The menu includes both hot and cold coffees, and we dare you to try one of the cold options that will surely refresh you during summertime: Freddo. It’s a Greek iced version of espresso drinks (expresso, lattes and cappuccinos), prepared by our Greek barista Fanis (so we know it’s an authentic recipe!) using a coffee mixer machine to froth the milk, ensuring it’s nice and smooth. The hot varieties range from cappuccinos to lattes, and the filtered coffee only comes in 100% specialty arabica! And the best part is, for 5.5€ you get all the refills you need with your meal. It’s just like the American way baby!
